About Kawasaki Validated

Kawasaki Validated is a service provided by us which allows you to compare a number of prices for Kawasaki motorcycles and various approved Kawasaki dealers. There is no charge for this service.

We do not provide financial or other advice in relation to the motorcycles compared through Kawasaki Validated, nor do we provide recommendations of a motorcycle or dealership.

Although all reasonable care has been taken to assure the accuracy of the information on Kawasaki Validated, it is provided "as is" and we shall not be liable for any kind of damages arising from any use of Kawasaki Validated or any reliance on such information.

Any guarantee as to the standard of quality of any motorcycle featured on Kawasaki Validated is provided by Kawasaki dealers from whom you may decide to purchase a motorcycle. Please confirm this with any dealer you decide to purchase a motorcycle from.

We do not provide any guarantee as to the standard of quality of such motorcycles and accept no liability for any damage resulting from any failure in such standards. The motorcycles may come with a warranty, please review our warranty terms here to confirm if this applies.

The operation of those websites and any purchase you complete through such third parties will be governed by their terms and conditions. We do not accept responsibility or liability for content of any third party as this is outside our control.

We may suspend or withdraw Kawasaki Validated

Kawasaki Validated is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that Kawasaki Validated, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of Kawasaki Validated for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
